Chiropractic Adjustments
Chiropractic adjustments involve restoring proper movement to joints by addressing segments that are restricted, “sticky”, or “blocky” feeling. Oftentimes, pain and discomfort may be stemming from these joints. Through a quick and gentle force, a chiropractic adjustment can restore proper motion to the segment.

Cupping
Cupping uses suction to lift the skin, tissue, and muscles upward to encourage proper blood flow and relieve pain and tension. The purpose of the suction is to encourage proper blood flow, relieve pain, remove blood stagnation, and pull out inflammation that can linger in the body’s tissues.

Dry Needling
Using a thin needle, dry needling targets areas of tension (trigger points) in the body to help modulate pain, decrease the feeling of tension, and increase blood flow through micro trauma. Additionally, needling provides input to the brain for opportunity to re-educate the kinetic chain through proper rehabilitative exercises.

Scraping
Graston (also commonly referred to as muscle “scraping”) involves the use of small metal instruments that treat areas of tension and pain by increasing blood flow, creating nervous system input, and reducing fascial restrictions. When used in combination with rehabilitative exercise, this therapy helps to restore proper movement.
